TERMS
Project scope, price, deliverables, schedule and applicable terms must be agreed with Operations before work begins. The portal records project requests, invoices, communications and delivery review. Contact CX Solutions for the written terms governing your engagement.
Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information received in connection with an engagement, and shall use it only to perform the work. This obligation survives termination.
Upon full payment of amounts due to CX Solutions, intellectual property in deliverables commissioned under a project is assigned to the client, excluding pre-existing tools, libraries, and contractor know-how.
CX Solutions' aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid by the client for that project in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
A request is a chargeable Change Order if it involves: new backend functionality or API endpoints; a new or restructured data model; a new third-party integration; new core business logic; new user roles or authentication; or any capability outside the original Listing/Bid scope. Visual or front-end adjustments within the original scope are not a Change Order. Change Orders are billed at a flat US$100/hour and must be confirmed with the client in writing before work begins.
